Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Technician at Cell Applications, Inc. in San Diego, CA. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, performing routine quality control procedures, conducting analytical tests, and supporting laboratory experiments. The role also involves preparing and maintaining laboratory materials, ensuring proper documentation of results, and adhering to safety and quality assurance protocols. Collaboration with team members to meet timelines and project objectives is a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment with a strong understanding of laboratory techniques
- Experience in quality control procedures and adherence to safety standards and protocols
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for conducting tests and interpreting results
- Hands-on experience in laboratory skills with the ability to support diverse experimental workflows
- Prior experience as a Laboratory Technician or in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related science discipline
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
